Cecilia Mueni Wayua
Cecilia is the eldest of two children. Her parents separated when she was young and she and her brother often had to ask for food from well-wishers. She learned some bad habits on the streets and was rescued by MCF in 2024 and brought to the Malindi Campus. She is working on herself and repairing her relationship with her family. She loves dancing and aspires to be a fashion designer.

MCF Malindi provides residential care and rehabilitation to vulnerable girls including street girls, child prostitutes, child laborers, child mothers with their babies, orphaned children, school dropouts, internally displaced children as well as abused and abandoned children. The Vocational Training Center offers hairdressing, beauty therapy, tailoring, and dressmaking for those who have been rescued.
