Mary
Mary was raised by a single mother who struggled to make ends meet. This frustrated her and she eventually ran off with a suiter, leaving her children behind. Mary dropped out of school in third grade to take on small jobs to pay for her food and basic needs. She was later taken in by her grandfather and uncle but was abused and became pregnant. She was rescued into the Mully family for care and protection alongside her son, Festus. She is learning new skills, surrounded by loving people, and hopes to fulfill her dream to become a cosmetologist.
