Salome is the fourth born in a family of six children. Her parents are casual workers without a stable income. The children were at risk of dropping out of school for lack of fees. MCF's assistance has eased the family's financial burden. Salome is outgoing and loves to sing. She hopes to become a teacher.

Primary School
Vipingo is a rural slum area located in Kilifi district in Coast Province. Located along the coastline near Mombasa, Kenya, MCF rescues, rehabilitates and educates orphans and other vulnerable children from the surrounding community who have been largely affected by child sex tourism. Our day center offers a free nutritious meal to all the children while our formal education program ensures access to quality education. The MCF In His Grace primary school currently has approximately 270 students.
