Elina Karisa
Elina comes from a large family of eight children and she is the seventh in birth order. Her father works as a fisherman, a job which doesn’t regularly provide for the family. Her mother is a house wife and she is illiterate. MCF rescued Elina to give her an opportunity to achieve her dream of becoming a doctor. She likes to play soccer.

Primary School
Vipingo is a rural slum area located in Kilifi district in Coast Province. Located along the coastline near Mombasa, Kenya, MCF rescues, rehabilitates and educates orphans and other vulnerable children from the surrounding community who have been largely affected by child sex tourism. Our day center offers a free nutritious meal to all the children while our formal education program ensures access to quality education. The MCF In His Grace primary school currently has approximately 270 students.
