Kelvin Wambua

Kelvin is the fourth of five children. He and three of his brothers are accessing care and protection at MCF because their mother, who is a single parent, is not able to care for their needs and this pushed them to exit to the streets in search of a means to survive. They would go to a market near their home area to borrow food from well wishers. When this was not forth coming, they would collect items like plastic bottles from dustbins, which they would sell to recycling companies for a few coins. They would then use this money to purchase food items for survival. Kelvin was rescued to MCF so as to give him hope for a bright future. He enjoys playing soccer and would like to become a doctor one day.
