Ali Juma Jira

Ali’s parents did not have the means to pay his school fees so he was unable to go to school. He was working as a child laborer to supplement the family income when his case was made known to Mully Children's Family. He joined our family in 2013. He is focused and determined to make a better life for himself and his family. For fun, he enjoys singing and playing soccer.

Ali's Unmet Needs

Basic Needs

While students await their KCSE (Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education) exam results, they can stay on at Mully Children's Family and serve in departments like education, medical, domestic, and farm production. This experience helps to build skills that the student can use in life, on college applications, or towards a job; depending on the path they choose to follow. Support helps to provide for their basic needs during their gap year.
