Mohammed was at risk of engaging in child labour, at the expense of his education, to help support his family when MCF rescued him. He comes from a family with six siblings and they lack most of their basic needs. Mohammed is a welcoming and caring child who enjoys swimming and wants to become a soldier.

Vipingo is a rural slum area located in Kilifi district in Coast Province. Located along the coastline near Mombasa, Kenya, MCF rescues, rehabilitates and educates orphans and other vulnerable children from the surrounding community who have been largely affected by child sex tourism. Our day center offers a free nutritious meal to all the children while our formal education program ensures access to quality education. The MCF Vipingo secondary school serves approximately 100 students.
